Welcome to K3 Athleisure & Fitness Co., a brand operated by Flame Legends (Proprietor: Nalini Vijay Kakade). We operate an online platform that enables users to discover and register for marathon, running, fitness, and other sporting events organized by us or event organizers associated with the Platform.

By accessing or using our Website, creating an account, registering for an event, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these policies, please do not use the Website or register for any event.

Users may register for eligible events through the Website by providing the required participant information and completing the applicable payment.

When registering for an event, the participant is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete, including:

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Date of birth / age
• Gender, where applicable
• Emergency contact details
• T-shirt size, where applicable
• Address or other information required for event participation
• Any other information specifically requested during registration

The participant must review all registration details before completing the payment. Once a registration is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, a registration confirmation may be sent to the registered email address and/or mobile number.

Each registration is associated with the participant details provided during registration. A registration made by one individual cannot be transferred to, used by, or assigned to another individual unless the event organizer expressly provides a participant-transfer facility.

For example, if Person A completes a registration, Person B cannot participate in the event using Person A's registration, bib, QR code, confirmation, or other event credentials.

The event organizer may verify participant identity using registration information and/or identification documents at the time of bib collection, check-in, or event participation. If a participant is found attempting to participate using another person's registration, the organizer reserves the right to deny participation without refund.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy the eligibility requirements specified for the particular event, and must provide truthful and accurate information during registration.

Where an event requires a particular age group, category, medical declaration, identification document, or other eligibility requirement, the participant must satisfy such requirements. The organizer may deny participation where a participant does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and readiness to participate in the event, and should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary before participating in strenuous physical activity.

Event details such as event date, start time, venue, distance/category, registration fee, reporting time, bib collection details, event rules, participation requirements, and other event-specific instructions will be communicated on the Website and/or through registered communication channels.

Participants are responsible for reviewing event information and instructions before attending the event. The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable operational changes to event arrangements where necessary, including changes to venue, route, reporting time, start time, event category, or other arrangements, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the event.

Registration transfers are not permitted unless a specific event expressly provides a participant-transfer facility. A participant must not sell, share, transfer, lend, or otherwise allow another person to use their registration.

If a participant attempts to participate using another person's registration, the organizer may cancel or invalidate the registration and deny participation. No refund will ordinarily be provided in such circumstances.

Participants are responsible for checking their registration details before making payment. If the same participant accidentally completes multiple registrations for the same event, the duplicate registration will not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any exception will be considered solely at the discretion of the event organizer and subject to the applicable event policy.

Payments for event registrations may be processed through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways. We do not store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, or other payment authentication credentials on our servers.

Payment processing may involve the payment gateway, banks, card networks, UPI providers, and other authorized payment service providers. Transaction-related information may be shared with the relevant payment service provider to process and verify the transaction.

Where the Website provides user accounts, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity performed through their account. Users must immediately notify us if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to investigate transactions or registrations that appear suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized. We may cancel or suspend a registration where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent or unauthorized payment, multiple registrations intended to circumvent event restrictions, misuse of another person's identity, registration manipulation, false participant information, attempted resale or unauthorized transfer of registration, or other activity that violates event rules or applicable law.

Where appropriate, we may cooperate with payment providers, banks, law-enforcement authorities, or other relevant organizations.

Events may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of the organizer, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public safety concerns, venue restrictions, emergencies, regulatory directions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where an event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, modified, or cancelled due to such circumstances, the organizer will communicate the applicable arrangements to registered participants. Any refund, transfer, or adjustment will be handled according to the specific circumstances and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website/platform is provided for facilitating event discovery and registration. We will take reasonable measures to provide accurate event and registration information; however, event details may change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All Website content, including logos, text, graphics, designs, software, photographs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission.

The Website may use third-party services including payment gateways, analytics services, communication providers, hosting providers, mapping services, and other technology providers. Use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable laws. The updated version will be published on the Website with the revised Last Updated date. Users are encouraged to periodically review these policies.

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the Website, event registration, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at PCMC, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

By registering for an event and completing payment, the participant confirms that:

• The information provided during registration is accurate.
• They have read and understood the event rules.
• They understand that event registrations are generally non-refundable.
• They understand that refunds are generally available only where permitted under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including where an event is cancelled by the organizer.
• They understand that registration cannot be transferred to another person unless explicitly permitted for the particular event.
• They agree to the processing of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• They agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
